I am the Director of Services at the Improvement and Development Agency.

I’m responsible for the delivery of all IDeA services in London, the South East, South West and East of England. I lead nationally on Service Transformation and the development of the Agency’s response to the Efficiency Review. I also have overall responsibility for the Planning Advisory Services , support to the Beacon Scheme and the development of the Agency’s portfolio of services to help improve local authority rural delivery.

I began my career as a planner at the London Boroughs of Southwark and Ealing. This was followed by over 14 years as a management consultant to both the public and private sectors. My consultancy track record included strategic advice, such as corporate business and performance management assignments, and the implementation of operational change, for example, the delivery of large change management projects and shared service implementations. In my recent career at Deloitte and Touche, I led on e-Government, customer management and shared service assignments.
